Sarah and I experienced our first tornado watch here in Oklahoma.
How did we respond, you ask? That's simple - we went for a nice run. It did occur to us that it was a little odd for the temperature to be in the 60's when we got up to go for our run (since it's been in the 30's or below most other mornings).
Rather than questioning, we decided to take advantage of the "nice" weather and not have to bundle up before taking off. For anyone that cares to know, it was a good run.
For those of you who are worried about our judgment, know that every change in weather in Oklahoma between now and the summer whether it's a heat wave or a thunderstorm will be a tornado watch. From what we've heard, it's only the tornado warnings that we need to worry about...
