For a Christmas-time adventure, Sarah and I went and saw the musical
"The Christmas Miracle of Jonathan Toomey"
It was based on the book by Susan Wojcechowski about a carpenter who lost his wife and child and a widow with her son who moved and lost their wooden Christmas nativity.
I don't want to ruin the story for anyone, so I'll leave it at that.
The author was there the night we saw the musical, so we bought a copy of the book and had her sign it for us. Maybe reading this Christmas story will become a tradition with our children which began their parents' first Christmas together.
